This is a 100% authentic Chanel CC Crown East West Flap Bag in Black Quilted Calfskin with Antiqued Gold Hardware

A rather special piece from the 2013 Cruise collection, it combines the practicality of a camera bag with the beauty of a classic flap and the ingeniously designed, charm adorned, multiway chain strap provides the option of three shoulder drops.

Crafted from a soft, squidgy but incredibly resilient, aged calfskin, the silhouette when empty is slim but even when full it feels supple with the thick padded quilting ensuring it holds its shape perfectly.

A super useful rear zip around compartment with a generous capacity, (ideal for long wallet, phone, keys or pocketbook, etc), the main interior is divided into two sections, one with zipped pocket.

Ideal for day to evening wear, it's everything you'd want from an everyday bag yet dressy enough for the night.

Details -

Though now classed as a vintage piece, this beautiful Chanel is in an incredible condition for its age.

No immediately visible wear, there is a very small, light rub to the colour on the rear RH side base corner curve, (not wear), and a cluster of dot, surface impressions to the rear middle. Shown in close up detail above, these are complete unnoticable without the closest of inspections.

A creasy, grainy and characterful finish, the calfskin is very similar to goatskin with an amazing ability to appear lightly glazed when you view close up and matte if your further away! There are striations and veins, as shown. These are not scratches, just part of the inherent nature of the hide.

The hardware has an antiqued finish, however it's not dull or brushed. It's appearance is quite shiny with more silvery undertones and is all in an excellent condition throughout.

Original protective film still in place on interior zip pull, the lining is a robust, cream grossgrain with and couple of very small and extremely vague marks to the front section, as shown.

A number of light fingernail scratches to the leather on the interior of the flap, well camouflaged by the leather type.
