This is Brand New* 100% authentic Chanel Classic Small Double Flap Bag in Metallic Gold Iridescent Shiny Calfskin with Brushed Champagne Gold Hardware.

An outstanding piece, this smaller sized Chanel Flap Bag is crafted in the most exquisite finish.

Details -

Unused. Stored since purchase and only handled for inspection and photographs, protective film in place on CC plaque (the black dot on the LH side in the photo is on the film, not the leather,) and on underside plate.

All immaculate throughout....the form is perfection.

As is an entirely inherent feaure of the leather type and construction there are light surface creases to the hide. These naturally occur over the diamond quilt, horizontally across the upper rear of the bag, (where the flap opens and closes), the side panels and vertically on the smooth surface of the inner flap.

Entirely as Chanel intended, there is a slight tonal variation in the shade of the leather in the shoulder strap and interior, (where there are undertones of peachy pink) to the main body of the bag, (which is a richer gold). This is the make up of the piece and not a fault or issue.

The reason for the *notation is due to a few extremely shallow surface impressions to the rear of the bag, in the middle area of the slip pocket. Caused by resting on the chain strap in the box they are incredibly minor and almost completely invisible to the naked eye. Very well camouflagued by the texture of the hide and so insignificant as to still warrant a New* condition rating, (they will very quickly vanish with use,) this has been reflected in the price.
